There are several ways you can get involved – Donate, Volunteer, or become a Member
Donate
Because we are all volunteers, we have no administration expenses. 100% of all donations go directly to supporting our programs whether it buys hot chocolate for the warming hut, new tanks/animal housing for the Nature Center or materials for building projects such as the bird blind observatories. Every penny counts and because of our efforts, we convert pennies into dollars in value. Other ways you can donate is through the Amazon Smile Program, TD Bank Affinity Program and designating Friends as a recipient.
Volunteer
We have activities going on every month that need volunteer help – trail maintenance, assisting park staff with hikes, fish stocking, kids clinics, warming hut docent, kids crafts for holidays and throughout the summer, etc. there is something for everyone and we will help you find a niche that works for you. There are many family friendly opportunities as well – kids under 14 need guardian supervision. You can volunteer one time or many times – you do not need to be a member to volunteer. But if you do come back please consider joining as a member. You’ll be well informed about upcoming events, we will all benefit from your membership fee and you will have a positive impact to the park and greater community.

There are several membership levels to chose from:
- Individual = $10.00
- Family = $15.00
- Student = $5.00
- Organization = $50.00
- Lifetime (62 yrs. old) = $50.00
