Nature Gratitude Journal

Maintaining a grateful mindset promotes emotional strength and well-being, and luckily for us, this planet gives us plenty to appreciate! Come to the Nature Center to build your own journal, go for a guided nature-centric gratitude journaling session, and walk (weather permitting). This is a free program geared toward ages 13+ but all are welcome. Please register 24-hours in advance by calling 518-793-0511.
