Friends Members Only Big Bend Hike

The Friends have the opportunity for a preview of the new Big Bend property. Jen Selfridge, NYS Parks Capital Region Restoration Ecologist, has offered to lead us to the river on Wednesday April 24. We’ll meet at the park office at 10:30 and then head to the new property by carpool if there’s more of us than can fit in the parking area. The trail is 1.7 mi one way. Jen will be happy to tell us a thing or two about Big Bend while we walk 1.7 mi (one way). Bring snacks or lunch to enjoy down by the riverside.
