SUMMARY:Movie Night on the Beach
DESCRIPTION:We will be hosting another movie night! Movie will be announced closer to the date but will be family friendly! Bring a chair\, your favorite blanket\, and a flashlight. Movie will begin when it gets dark enough. Our concessionaire\, Big Tony’s\, will be open until 9:30pm for dinner/snacks and we will have free popcorn (while supplies last). No park entry fee and the movie is free. Open to all ages of the public AND to our campers! The observatory will be open if the weather cooperates. Well-behaved dogs on a 6 foot or shorter leash are welcome. Registration is not required

SUMMARY:Monthly Hiking Challenge
DESCRIPTION:Join the monthly hiking challenge where we will explore the wide variety of trails at Moreau Lake State Park! This month we will be doing a loop hike that is approximately 5.5 miles with an elevation gain/loss of around 880 feet. This hike will take us on parts of our new Western Ridge trail\, Eastern Ridge\, High Rock\, and Lake Ann trails\, so much variety! The trails can be muddy so please wear the appropriate attire for the weather with water-resistant hiking shoes\, and trekking poles if you need them. Bring a snack and lunch and plenty of water. As always\, we will meet at the park office and caravan to the trailhead. This is a free hike and for ages 13+. We have a limit of 25 people\, please register in advance by calling the office at 518-793-0511.
