DESCRIPTION:Join a Moreau Lake State Park environmental educator on an intermediate/difficult hike through Moreau’s woods-home to 6\,900 acres of land and over 35 miles of trails to hike! This loop trail we will hike is approximately 6.3 miles on our Lake Bonita\, Waterfall\, to Lake Ann trails. Bring a lunch or snack\, plenty of water\, waterproof hiking shoes\, and appropriate clothing for the weather. We will meet at the park office and carpool to the trailhead. Well behaved dogs are allowed on leash.\nPlease reserve your spot in advance by calling the office at 518-793-0511 because we will have to cap the number of hikers at 20. The cost for visiting the park for the day is $8\, if you do not stay after the hike\, there will be no fee. When you register\, we will tell the booth your name so you do not have to pay.\nWe can’t wait to celebrate National Trails Day and hike with you!

DESCRIPTION:Join a park educator on a beautiful\, but steeper hike from Cottage Park to Western Ridge trails in an approximately 3-mile loop hike. Please wear the appropriate attire for the weather- sunscreen\, bug spray and water-resistant hiking shoes. Bring a snack and plenty of water. This hike is for people 15+. The cost is $5 for adults (cash or check). Park tollbooth fees are waved in lieu of program fees\, be sure to call 24-hours in advance to reserve your spot by calling the office at 518-793-0511.
