SUMMARY:Kid's Potter's Point Hike
DESCRIPTION:This hike will be slow and steady to let the kids explore and enjoy an off-trail hike at their own pace. We will walk roughly a mile and see the Hudson from another view point and perhaps throw some sticks in! This hike is NOT stroller friendly so if you have a younger sibling who wants to join\, plan to carry them if they get tired. Bring water and snacks are more than welcome. This hike is $1 per kids. DESCRIPTION:Calling all trail steward volunteers or lovers of trails to help do some light trail work on one of our trails for a couple hours or as long as you would like. You will be led and taught skills by one of our staff where we will be using loppers\, hand saws and clearing any trash we come across. Please bring water\, wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty\, closed toed shoes/hiking shoes\, eye protection\, and work gloves if you have them.
