DESCRIPTION:Brookfield Renewable U.S. will commence with a drawdown of the headpond at the Sherman Island Hydropower facility in Queensbury\, NY. The drawdown is scheduled to begin on Sunday May 19th and conclude on May 23rd. The water will be restored to current level after the work is complete. This drawdown will impact the water level at the public access in Town of Moreau. \nDue to weather conditions\, the schedule is subject to change without prior notice. \nPlease use caution and wear a personal flotation device when recreating on or near water. DESCRIPTION:This program is new and will include a little meet and greet with each animal in the nature center. Afterwards we will work together to guess the weight of each animal and put them in order according of our guesses. We will use some weighted items to help us make guesses and have some fun in the process. This program is ideal for kids 7+ but siblings are welcome to join.
