SUMMARY:Eclipse Viewers and Craft
DESCRIPTION:We will spend the day in the nature center talking about the eclipse and making viewing “cameras” out of cereal boxes as well as making a simple craft to help understand what is happening during the eclipse on April 7th.  Anyone who wants to join is welcome\, please bring a cereal or cracker shaped box to make into your own viewer to take home\, all other supplies will be on hand.   This is a drop-in program so come whenever you like during the 10am-2pm hours.  However we do ask you call to register so that we have enough supplies! DESCRIPTION:Join an educator in the nature center to meet our resident reptiles! We at Moreau take care of six New York native turtles and two snakes that cannot be released into the wild and are wonderful little educators. Learn about their exciting lives\, what they like to eat\, and what they use for shell-ter at the Nature Center. The cost is $5 for adults\, $1 for children (cash or check) at the office upon arrival. Please register at least 24 hours in advance at 518-793-0511.
